My name is Emme and I’m a freshman at the University of New England! I’m from Juneau, Alaska and I am studying to become an occupational therapist. I’ve wanted to be an occupational therapist for 3 years now and I recently declared a minor in special education. I also work at the UNE library and play on the women’s varsity rugby team here at UNE! My many interests include hiking, playing the oboe, reading, and traveling. I really enjoy exploring new places and trying new things, which is part of the reason I chose to go to college so far from home. I’ve had a great time in Maine so far and I’m excited to spend the next 5 years here!
